Neurex AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use and any other underlying agreements or terms, describes the basis on which any personal information collected from you, or that you provide to us by using our U.S.-based website www.neurexhealth.ai (“Site”) is processed. This Privacy Policy also describes the manner in which we process, use and disclose information that you provide to us when you use our Site.

We may collect personal details from you, such as your name, address, contact information, date of birth, birthplace, gender, family composition, career history (e.g. CVs, recruitment details, education and training, language and other job-related skills, as applicable), financial information and/or information regarding your use of our resources.

We may also collect information from you if you sign up for our webinars or visit our events, trade shows, or conferences.

If you request information about our products or services, we may collect your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, City, Country, State/Province/Region, Address, Postal Code, Company/Organization, Title, and Phone number.

By submitting a telephone number to Neurex AI, you agree that a representative of Neurex AI or a third party acting on Neurex AI’s behalf can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our products or services. We may occasionally send informational or promotional materials to you by mail or email. You may choose to exclude yourself from any of these mailings by contacting us at the contact information below or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the promotional email.

INFORMATION WE OBTAIN FROM OTHER SOURCES

We may engage service providers to collect information about you on our behalf. For example, we may engage third party service providers to collect publicly available information about certain individuals who work at certain companies or who are included on various lists. We may also engage third parties to assist us in identifying individuals who we may invite to our webinars or conferences.

We also work with third parties from whom we may receive information about you. Such third parties may include, for example: business partners and sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services; advertising networks; data and analytics providers; academic institutions; journal owners; societies and similar organizations; and search information providers.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION ON THE SITE

  • through the use of fillable forms on the Site;
  • through communications by you to us regarding any of our services or products, including when you report a problem, and responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes;
  • in records and copies of your correspondence if you contact us (including email); and

“DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

Some web browsers allow you to set a global “Do Not Track” flag that is visible to websites. We will treat these flags as valid opt-out requests under applicable privacy laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act. However, note that these signals are associated with a specific device and will not transfer when you switch web browsers, such as from a laptop to a mobile device.

The information we collect automatically is considered statistical data, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. Collecting this information helps us to improve our Site and deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
