The Opportunity
Neurex AI is building applied AI systems that operate inside real healthcare workflows. This role is for architects who want to design solutions that bridge product capabilities with customer needs.
You will work directly with customers to understand their challenges and design AI implementations that deliver measurable results.
What You Will Do
- Design end-to-end AI solutions for healthcare customers
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows and requirements
- Create technical architecture and integration designs
- Lead technical discovery and scoping for new opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure successful implementations
- Serve as a technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
What You Will Build
- Solution architectures for complex healthcare AI deployments
- Integration designs for EHR, RCM, and enterprise systems
- Technical proposals and implementation roadmaps
- Best practices and reusable patterns for customer implementations
- Customer success frameworks and outcome measurement systems
Who You Are
- Strong technical foundation with customer-facing experience
- Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise software
- Comfortable designing solutions in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of healthcare systems (EHR, RCM, HL7, FHIR) is a plus
- Ownership mindset and execution focus
